Delivery & Returns
The Benchmark range of products are synonymous with exceptional comfort and quality. Latest technologies have enabled us to incorporate heated elements into an additional mattress, doubling comfort in the winter months or even when you may be caught short by cooler conditions. With 3 heated elements spread along the length of each mattress, this enhances the heating properties of our already luxuriously warm sleep systems, with the added benefit of being able to pre warm the sleep system or heat it further in extreme conditions. Being comfortable regardless of the conditions is without doubt the most important factor when bankside being particularly in the cooler months, the Heated mattress by its nature heats from the bottom up, warming the underside of your body keeping you cozy and warm whether that be on a freezing windy February night or a cool April morning and everything in between. The mattresses can be left in situ on the sleep system, minimizing fuss when packing away and also helping to reduce bulk when in transport, making it super convenient. During the summer months it can be removed quickly and easily, or alternatively reattached via a 2-way zip system and clips.

Delivery & Handling Details
Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 3 working days from time of order, where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Please note, delivery charge may vary for items over 1.5m in length or 10kg, for confirmation of delivery please email us first. If you cannot see your country in the list above, we can still ship your order but provide shipping cost as per each order. Please contact us with your order and we will email you back with a quote for your entire order including shipping.
Returns Policy
Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.
Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.
Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.
