Improved for 2016, Drennan Float Fish is ideal for a multitude of float fishing applications.
The latest Float Fish retains many essential characteristics of the original classic and now has even greater knot strength. In tests, using a traditional five-turn grinner knot, the improved Float Fish is as much as 8oz 228g stronger for each given diameter.
This olive-green mono comes on 100m spools and is perfect for use as a reel line. It is deliberately not an ultra limp material and this fractional extra stiffness is a great asset for good float control and line pick up. A gloss finish also helps it to grip the surface tension. It has the ideal buoyancy for float fishing, so it will float immediately after casting if left unchecked, but will sink cleanly with a quick flick of the rod tip. Importantly, it doesn t sink too far beneath the surface. This helps greatly with line pick up and also ensures a large sunken bow isn t created that could inadvertently drag your float towards you.
Float Fish is also a relatively hard material with great abrasion resistance. These properties ensure it has a high resistance to damage caused by placing shot onto the line.
Available in five breaking strains from 2.6lb 0.14mm to 6lb 0.22mm .

Delivery & Handling Details
Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 3 working days from time of order, where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Please note, delivery charge may vary for items over 1.5m in length or 10kg, for confirmation of delivery please email us first. If you cannot see your country in the list above, we can still ship your order but provide shipping cost as per each order. Please contact us with your order and we will email you back with a quote for your entire order including shipping.
Returns Policy
Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.
Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.
Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.
