This kit combines our Down Wash with three handy dryer balls, making cleaning down so much easier.
We ve all been guilty of avoiding washing our down jacket or favourite down sleeping bag. It s scary isn t it You ve invested your money in a lovely jacket that keeps you warm and dry and yet in one wash you could reduce it to a clumpy disfigured mess but taking care of your down is important. If you don t keep it clean, then it won t perform as well, and this is why we invented our Down Wash kit, to take away that fear.
This kit includes
Down Wash, a powerful, yet gentle, cleaner specifically formulated to clean all your down and synthetic down-filled articles without damaging or inhibiting insulation or hydrophobic properties. Normal detergents shouldn t be used on down articles as they can hinder the performance by leaving various chemical residues behind and reducing the garment s ability to insulate or repel water. Luckily, Grangers Down Wash is exactly that, a wash that has been formulated to thoroughly clean down items without damaging the delicate material within.
3 dryer balls, which are reusable and perfect for preventing clumping and ensuring that down articles restore their loft. In the past, people have always used tennis balls, but these can actually crush down. We recommend these dryer balls as they gently restore loft, meaning your down will be back to maximum performance in no time.

Delivery & Handling Details
Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 3 working days from time of order, where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Please note, delivery charge may vary for items over 1.5m in length or 10kg, for confirmation of delivery please email us first. If you cannot see your country in the list above, we can still ship your order but provide shipping cost as per each order. Please contact us with your order and we will email you back with a quote for your entire order including shipping.
Returns Policy
Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.
Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.
Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.
