Delivery & Returns
The Guru Olivettes have been designed for use on pole fishing rigs, providing the weight of the floats bulk capacity in a single, neat, and condensed weight. Using a super dense tungsten material has enabled us to create extra small, but extremely dense weights that are significantly smaller than many other Olivettes on the market. This offers significantly less resistance than larger Olivettes, better presentation and is more discrete on the rig.
We ve intentionally dulled down the appearance of these Olivettes, minimising spooking fish in clear water. Rather than placing large amounts of shot on the line, which could damage mainline material the Guru Olivettes feature a soft protective central silicone sleeve that reduces any potential line damage, keeping the mainline in perfect condition.
This in-line design means the Olivettes sit completely straight on the line which not only provides a tangle-free bulk weight, but it also offers optimum presentation. This design also means it s impossible for the Olivette to ping-off the line if it encounters a snag, or a lost fish.
We ve strategically produced the Olivettes in .25g increments, which allows you to pick the correct Olivette weight to suit the size of pole float you re using, plus locking shot above and below the Olivette, along with required droppers to perfectly shot the rig.

Delivery & Handling Details
Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 3 working days from time of order, where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Please note, delivery charge may vary for items over 1.5m in length or 10kg, for confirmation of delivery please email us first. If you cannot see your country in the list above, we can still ship your order but provide shipping cost as per each order. Please contact us with your order and we will email you back with a quote for your entire order including shipping.
Returns Policy
Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.
Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.
Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.
