The design brief for XTRACTOR RECON was to maximize performance whilst minimising pack down size. The results will challenge your expectations about what is possible with compact retractable-butt carp rod design. RECON technology utilises a double retractable butt section and combines this with our new VARI-TAPER joint construction to produce rods that both look and feel like their 2-section predecessors. If you are looking for top performance and ultimate convenience you no longer have to compromise.
The XTRACTOR RECON 8FT rods pack down to only 30 inches and are some of the most versatile carp rods that we have ever produced. They feature a longer style handle and 40mm ringing pattern which both aid in casting and fish-playing ability. Like all XTRACTOR rods you will find these to have a satisfying progressive action lending itself perfectly to all forms of carp fishing. Of course, at only 30 inches these could be the travel carp rods that you have been waiting for but don t be deceived the performance of these rods just might convince you to keep a set handy for whenever a fishing opportunity arises.
Available in 3 test curves which will cover any carp fishing scenario you are likely to encounter 8FT 2.5LB The perfect model for smaller waters where heavy tactics are not required. Suitable for those who appreciate a rod s fighting curve but need power in reserve for when the need arises. 8FT 3.0LB The all-rounder, is happy landing singles, doubles or 40lb rs if required. If PVA tactics are high on your list, this rod has the power to provide the extra oomph required. 8FT 3.5LB The worldwide special, if big carp are your target then this is the rod you need. Has large reserves of power when you need it to land the biggest fish.

Delivery & Handling Details
Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 3 working days from time of order, where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Please note, delivery charge may vary for items over 1.5m in length or 10kg, for confirmation of delivery please email us first. If you cannot see your country in the list above, we can still ship your order but provide shipping cost as per each order. Please contact us with your order and we will email you back with a quote for your entire order including shipping.
Returns Policy
Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.
Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.
Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.
