Delivery & Returns
Backpack 25 is a new concept for fishing rucksacks. It can be worn as either a classic backpack for long treks or as a shoulder bag for quick access. The backpack is supplied with 4 tackle boxes which can be accessed from either side of the bag. The front of the bag features a hidden rod holder, which combines very well with our Xtender rod series.
Backpack 25 has a large front flap which can be opened to access all your tackle easily. Generally, bags have a black interior finish. we decided against this and chose our iconic blue colour, this contrasts very well with our products meaning everything is easily visible in the bag. In the main compartment of the bag are two high-quality zip pockets. One is equipped with a transparent plastic zip pocket great for safely storing your travel essentials. The second is a mesh zip pocket perfect for storing terminal tackle such as our reload product range. We really focussed on the small details from using high quality zips with easy grip branded rubber pullers through to using reflective materials to ensure you are visible while night fishing in the city.
Inside the main compartment is a divider wall. This can be closed and flattened allowing full access to the Backpack 25. The divider can also be used to create two compartments, this is useful when you want to store your essential items in the top section of the bag for quick access. The bag also features 4x Freestyle tackle boxes. These can be accessed quickly on both sides of the bag especially used as a shoulder bag.

Delivery & Handling Details
Postage and Packaging Charges are for within mainland UK and will normally be within 1 to 3 working days from time of order, where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the goods to the depot nearest to yourself, and a further attempts will be made to deliver the goods on the following days, if there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the nearest depot and retain for approximately one week. The order can be collected from the depot with proof of attempted delivery, or utility bill and photo ID. If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge may be made by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charges just contact the local depot and call in person to collect the parcel.

Please note, delivery charge may vary for items over 1.5m in length or 10kg, for confirmation of delivery please email us first. If you cannot see your country in the list above, we can still ship your order but provide shipping cost as per each order. Please contact us with your order and we will email you back with a quote for your entire order including shipping.
Returns Policy
Returning goods should always be arranged by contacting us first. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
Returning goods which have been damaged on delivery must contact us within 7 days of reciept of the order. These will be collected by our couriers and replacement sent through.
Returning faulty goods, contact ourselves with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will contact you in return with the correct procedure and manufacturer warranty details of that product. Goods will be replaced subject to a manfacturer inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw.
Returning non faulty goods may be done so within 30 days of reciept of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Return of non faulty goods is done at customers own cost.
